ProfferNET provides a multi-tenant platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Enterprise plans include financially-backed SLA guarantees as specified in the Master Service Agreement.
We implement strict sub-domain and database-level isolation. You are responsible for managing user access levels within your tenant instance and securing your administrative credentials.
The proprietary GIS projection algorithms, OTDR parsing logic, AI models, and platform interface are the intellectual property of ProfferNET. Customer data, uploaded files, and network topology remain the sole property of the respective tenant.
You agree not to misuse the ProfferNET platform. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineering the software, or using the platform to store or transmit malicious code or illegal content.
In no event shall ProfferNET be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProfferNET operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
